Bob Antonioni also frequently represents clients in area courts who have suffered difficult injuries from an automobile accident, pedestrian or slip and fall accident, and work-related injuries before the Industrial Accident Board (Workers’ Compensation).
Bob also frequently represents employers against whom an unemployment claim has been filed and who are contesting benefits to a former employee, as well as persons who have lost their employment and are seeking unemployment benefits. He appears regularly on behalf of claimants before hearings officers with the Department of Employment and Training.
Bob Antonioni also helps individuals with the preparation of wills, trusts, power of attorney, health care proxy and the various estate plans.
